Siesta Beach Rentals is delighted to take reservations online, via email or over the phone. Nightly, weekly and monthly bookings are available, depending on the season. Check In/Out:
Check-in time is 4pm; check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for a fee when room schedule permits. Please call Scott to make arrangements, 941-322-4086.

Group Bookings:
Please think of us for your next special event! We are happy to provide accommodations for weddings, reunions, birthdays or other group bookings. We can sleep up to 48 people. Please call Scott for details, 941-322-4086.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
We require a 30% deposit of the total booking, with the balance due at check-in. If you book within 60 days of your stay, the full amount will be charged.

Trip insurance is strongly advised in case of Acts of God, seasonal storms, emergencies, etc. The cancellation policy is as follows:
1)Cancel the reservation greater than 60 days prior to arrival date and receive the deposit back, less $100 processing fee.
2)Cancel the reservation within 60 days of arrival date and forfeit the full deposit.
3)Cancel the reservation within 30 days of arrival date and the full amount of the contract will be charged to the credit card on file.

Pets: Dogs Only (No Cats)
We are pleased to welcome healthy, well-mannered dogs! They must be under control at all times and kept on a leash when outside. Guests are required to clean up behind their dogs. They must be on flea/tick control medication. Guests with noisy pets will be asked to find alternate accommodations. If leaving your pet in the room, we ask that you provide us your cell phone number should an issue arise. You are liable for any damages caused by your dog. They are not allowed in the pool, pool area, or on the beach, per local ordinance. Doggie fees and pet cleaning fees are assessed per dog, and can vary by cottage and length of stay. Some breed restrictions apply.

Covid-19 Response

  • The reservation and check in/check out process, communications with guests and the acceptance of payments should be done electronically to minimize direct guest contact.
  • All Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation requirements and recommended safety measures related to vacation rentals should be followed, these may be updated from time to time.
  • Property owners and Managers must provide CDC resources to any guest while staying on property.
  • Property owners and Managers must provide CDC Guidance to guests traveling with pets and service/assistance animals if the property is pet friendly.
  • Property owners and Managers must provide guests with Sarasota County local COVID19 information from the dedicated webpage on
  • Property owners and Managers will provide employees or contractors working in short term rentals the CDC related safety guidance to alleviate the transmission of the virus and provide further protection for employees and guests.
  • All Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) sanitation guidelines must be followed: 61C-001 Sanitation and Safety Requirements of the transient lodging statutes.
  • Maintain adequate time between the conclusion of a guest stay and the check-in of the next guest stay for appropriate cleaning and sanitation.
  • To inform guests signage will be placed at each property highlighting the cleaning protocols between stays.
